The espresso Italo Disco from the 19grams roastery consists of 100 % Arabica beans. These come from Brazil and are of the Yellow Bourbon variety. The beans were roasted in the classic Italian way - with a strong roasted note and a great, harmonious sweetness. The espresso is called Italo Disco because it is reminiscent of the Italian roasts of the 80s and 90s.
