Espresso enjoyment without compromise
Alps Coffee has been at home in South Tyrol, right at the foot of the Alps, since 1890. In addition to the “normal” roasts with caffeine, she also offers roasts with decaffeinated beans, which includes this roast. This does not mean, however, that you have to make compromises when it comes to taste - on the contrary, this roast also convinces with a diverse taste profile.
The right mix for excellent taste
For this roast, Alps Coffee uses a ratio of 90% Arabica and 10% Robusta beans, with both types coming exclusively from select producers in Central America and South Asia. This gives the coffee a strong body, which nevertheless contains mild, spicy aromas and thus ensures a pleasant, full-bodied enjoyment. This is also thanks to the carbon dioxide method (CO2 method), in which only the caffeine is extracted from the beans.
