Decaffeinated Specialty Instant Coffee
The BLAEK Coffee No. 4 is the first decaffeinated specialty instant coffee. This means that specialty coffee can be enjoyed not only anywhere, but also at any time. For the no. 4 100% Arabica beans from Honduras used, which were grown under ecological conditions. After harvesting, they are washed, processed and roasted at medium strength. This elicits notes of apricot, brown sugar and pastry in the cup.
Water procedure
The Arabica beans for the No. 4 were decaffeinated using the water process. This decaffeinating method does not alter the coffee aroma. As a suggestion for the perfect cup of decaffeinated instant coffee, BLAEK recommends using 1.5g for a 100ml cup. This results in approximately 24 servings per glass.
