The espresso is full-bodied, has little acidity and a harmonious, sweet taste. Thanks to the high proportion of Robusta beans, the espresso is exceptionally creamy and strong in character!

The Miscela Rossa can be easily prepared in a portafilter machine, in a fully automatic machine or in a stovetop jug. The beans were medium-roasted in Naples by the traditional roasting company Caffè Borbone. The roastery has been dedicated to the art of coffee roasting since the 18th century and composes typical Neapolitan espressos! With the Miscela Rossa you can prepare a delicious espresso, but also a good, creamy cappuccino.

Enttäuscht auf ganzer Linie

Obwohl die 100% Robusta und das frische Röstdatum sehr vielversprechend waren, bin ich sehr enttäuscht. Das Bohnenbild war katastrophal. So massiv viele gebrochene Bohnen hatte ich noch nie. Eine Krümeltüte, wenn ich ehrlich bin. Deshalb war der Kaffee mit meiner Singledosing-Mühle für konstante Ergebnisse mit Siebträger auch nicht einstellbar. So eine Qualität kann man maximal in einen Vollautomaten kippen, mehr nicht…
