The Doge-Nero blend from Caffé del Doge consists of an 80:20 blend. In this mixture, selected types of arabica from Brazil (high Mogiana) and Central America as well as from Caribbean plantations meet Indian, washed "" Kaapi Royal "" Robusta. Roasting together creates an incomparable and uniform aroma. The roast impresses with its great personality with an intense and persistent aroma and a refined chocolate aftertaste without bitter undertones.
