The El Salvador Las Mercedes from the FIRSTCRACK Roastery consists of high-quality Arabica beans of the Yellow Icatu variety. They were grown by Lucia de Ortiz together with her sister-in-law. Both are the fifth generation to run the Las Mercedes farm in the Cerro El Tigre, Santiago de Maria, Usulután region. Countless shade trees serve as shade for the coffee plants.
