Innovative coffee maker

The GINA coffee maker from GOAT Story is a multi-purpose brewer that rethinks coffee brews and combines many useful functions. In this way, GINA enables the preparation of pour-over, full emersion, or cold brew recipes with just one device and it also looks good at the same time. The filter holder is made of ceramic and has fins on the inside so that the filter paper does not stick to the edge. The frame is made of robust steel and the carafe is made of high-quality borosilicate glass.

Three in One

A special feature of the GINA is the precision valve. This enables precise control of the flow rate. Completely closed, the coffee can steep longer in the filter holder. With this full immersion brewing method, the coffee develops stronger aromas and a stronger body. Slightly open, Cold Drip recipes can be prepared, with the coffee powder being positioned in the Cold Drip module below the filter holder filled with ice water. Finally, the valve allows the flow rate to be precisely controlled when preparing pour-overs.

GINA Smart and App

In order to be able to use the various features of the GINA coffee maker optimally, a scale was integrated into the floor. This can be connected to the smartphone and the GINA app via Bluetooth. The app allows you to monitor the most important parameters for optimal extraction at a glance. The app also offers user-friendly step-by-step brewing instructions.
