The red design at Illy stands for the classic roast, the normal-strong roast. The Illy Classico consists of an inimitable coffee blend made up of nine different Arabica varieties from different provenances. The Classico impresses with its high quality and authentic taste. We recommend a cup volume of between 25 and 40 ml for the espresso variant.
