The Ionia Gran Crema is a typical Italian coffee blend, consisting of 60% Arabica and 40% Robusta coffee beans. The most sold coffee blend of the Ionia roasting company impresses with an even roasting and has a medium roasting degree. The combination of Arabica and Robusta coffee beans gives this pick-me-up a dense and long-lasting southern aroma. In addition, this espresso has a pleasant spiciness. The Ionia Gran Crema has a strong body with beautiful, round and malty notes as well as a full-bodied dense taste.

The crema is pleasantly dense and rather darker, with light notes of chocolate, due to the high Robusta content of the Ionia Gran Crema. This Italian espresso is perfect for all lovers of a wonderfully beautiful crema.
