With the Jacu, the roasters at Kalle Coffee Roasters have created their first Brazilian coffee. The Arabica beans of the Arara variety come from Cerrada Mineiro DO. There they are grown at altitudes of 950 meters by the farmer Maria Soraia Guimaraes. After harvesting, they are processed naturally. The Jacu Brazil Omniroast is suitable both for use as a filter coffee and as an espresso from the portafilter machine.
Blackberry and citrus
The Jacu Brazil inspires the palate with a sweet blackberry note. The chocolaty filter coffee provides a certain kick of freshness in the finish with a light citrus note. A mild acidity skilfully rounds off the taste profile. When preparing in the portafilter machine, the blackberry note and the citrus note are much more present. The chocolaty taste of the filter coffee becomes a light nougat note. In line with this, the Jacu Brazil develops a balanced body when preparing an espresso.
