The Crema Perfetta from Kimbo is a composition of 35 % Arabica beans and 65 % Robusta beans. The Arabica beans are Brasile Santos and Colombia, the Robusta beans are India Cherry. The beans were lightly roasted and have an intense flavor. Notes of dried fruit harmonize with the aroma of spices. The sweetness comes from notes of dates, cinnamon and freshly baked bread. The texture is creamy and the taste is full and exciting.
