The fairLangen entcoff Bio consists of 100% high-quality Arabica coffee beans. These were organically grown. In addition to the strictly controlled organic cultivation, the Langen roasting plant attaches great importance to fair trade and a close, good exchange with all partners. Only premium coffee was used for the decaffeinated blend.
Carefully decaffeinated
The beans of the fairLangen entcoff Bio from Langen Kaffee have been decaffeinated very gently. The Arabica beans have been decaffeinated with naturally sourced carbon dioxide. The unroasted green coffee is brought to a higher moisture content with water. Most of the caffeine is then removed by liquid carbon dioxide under high pressure. It is then dried back to its original moisture content and roasted after drying.
