The Fairlangen Espresso is a composition of 70% Arabica beans and 30% Robusta beans. The Arabica beans come from Brazil. The very dark roast has hearty and spicy flavors. The consistency is velvety. In terms of taste, the Fairlangen Espresso is characterized by a mixture of fruity notes and chocolate.
Fairly traded
The Fairlangen is - as the name suggests - fairly traded and organic. The Langen coffee roastery has been working with small communities of coffee farmers for over 20 years. The coffee growers cultivate their soils and plants in a controlled and organic manner. The roastery itself inspects the growing areas in Mexico, Honduras, Ethiopia and Tanzania several times a year. In this way she can evaluate the quality of the beans and the fair conditions herself.
