Drum roasted over wood fire

MariaSole's Organic Caffè Espresso is made from 90% Arabica beans and 10% Robusta beans. These were grown organically. The beans were traditionally roasted in a drum over a wood fire. This allows the aromas and essential oils to develop slowly and intensively.

Complex but harmonious taste with sweet notes

Taste-wise, the Organic Caffè Espresso is harmonious and sparkling. Notes of nuts harmonise with the sweetness of caramel and roasted cereals. A nuance of tangy fruit also gives the espresso a complex aroma.
