Elegant espresso with nutty notes
MariaSole's Caffè Crema is made from 80% Arabica and 20% Robusta beans. These have been traditionally roasted in the drum over a wood fire. The espresso is elegant and soft and has very few, fine acids. Due to the roasting process, the espresso has flavourful notes of wood. All the flavours were able to develop freely.
