Aroma profile
The three combined, exclusive varieties give the blend, each individually, its very special note. The Tanzania AA beans deliver a mild aroma with a full-bodied, fruity-sweet taste. This is due in particular to the cultivation on mineral-rich volcanic soils. The Malabar Robustas, which develop their full flavour through Monsooned processing, contribute spicy-floral notes and a chocolaty aroma to the blend. The final blend is made with Parchment Peaberrys, which grow in the Indian Western Ghats mountains. The small pearl beans give the blend an expressive, strong and full-bodied flavour and round off the result in the cup in an impressively harmonious way. The beans, which are roasted by hand to a medium degree of roast, are suitable for preparation with the portafilter machine and with the fully automatic machine.
