The Minges Origins India Malabar Monsoondes consists of 100% selected highland Arabica beans. They are grown with the greatest care in the Malabar region, which is known for its high-quality coffee. There, the beans are traditionally roasted by hand in a long-drum process. This allows the beans to develop their aroma particularly well and filters out unwanted acid and bitter substances. The coffee is therefore excellent for the daily breakfast.
