The beans for Mocambo Aroma Bio Fairtrade are sustainably grown and come from plantations in Brazil and Central America. The blend ratio is 90% Arabica beans and 10% Robustas. To be enjoyed as a delicious Café Crema or espresso from the fully automatic machine. The taste experience of the Mocambo Aroma Bio Fairtrade stands out with a caramelised and nutty note. Due to the traditional drum roasting process, hardly any bitterness can be tasted. Fair and Sustainable
The roaster Drago Mocambo developed the Aroma Fairtrade coffee and supports the initiative Trans Fair e.V. Habe den Kaffe schon des Öfteren in der Maschine gehabt und er ist mein Lieblingskaffee. Er entspricht meinem Geschmackswunsch ist Schokoladig, wenig Säure und eine Eder wenigen Kaffees von dem ich wirklich viel trinken kann ohne das mein Magen sich säurebedingt meldet.
