The excellent quality results from the brewing process. At an optimal temperature between 92 ° -96 ° C, solids are dissolved and the right taste is extracted. The water brewed by a high-quality copper heating element is optimally distributed over the coffee grounds without loss of temperature via a 9-hole stainless steel water flow. This gives the nice balance between sweetness and bitterness. The lid of the jug with filler tube ensures a homogeneous coffee blend, which makes stirring superfluous. The built-in drip stop of the filter holder enables a cup to be removed at any time, even if the coffee has not yet run through completely. The hotplate can be used to keep the coffee warm for up to 40 minutes at 80 ° -85 ° C. Then the automatic switch-off takes place. The brewing element is switched off after the brewing process has ended. This ensures effective fire protection.
