Arabica coffee beans have been grown in Uganda
The African Triple filter coffee from the Moyee roastery is a blend of 60 % Arabica coffee beans and 40 % Robusta coffee beans. These were carefully grown in Uganda. The biological filter coffee has a very high quality - for example the green coffee - a cupping score of 82 to 84 points. The beans were roasted to a medium roast level.
A harmonious filter coffee with a delicately melting caramel note
Moyee has opened its own roastery in Kenya with 41 employees. As a result, at least 50 % of the value remains in the coffee region. After the coffee beans have been roasted, they are packed with Nitroflush. In this way, the beans do not lose their aroma and remain fresh. The notes of fine chocolate and sweet caramel harmonize to create an overall harmonious, well-balanced filter coffee!
