Cremador, the crema specialist

The Cremador of Passalacqua is a blend of 70 % Arabica and 30 % Robusta beans, which have been carefully selected and demonstrate the highest quality. The beans give off an extraordinary aroma of malt, nuts and toasted bread. Due to its blend, this coffee develops a balanced and full-bodied taste and delights with a medium fruity note. This dark roast has a rather low acidity. What distinguishes this espresso is the perfect balance, which convinces every coffee lover. This blend is roasted in a southern Italian style.

Velvety cream thanks to the Robusta content

The Cremador unfolds a strong crema, which ensures a good result especially for latte-style coffee specialties. The southern Italian roast is also very suitable for mixed milk drinks such as cappuccino or latte macchiato. This espresso has a dense, hazelnut-brown crema and tastes great.
