Pure roasting

The Ibis Redibis blend of roasting Passalacqua from Naples is composed of 30 % Arabica and 70 % Robusta beans. The beans are brought to a dark, classic Neapolitan degree of roasting gently and slowly in the drum roaster. This allows the espresso to develop its intense, nutty flavor with a slight malty note.

Prominent cream formation

The Ibis Redibis owes its pronounced crema to the high proportion of Robusta. This also makes it a good basis for coffee specialties with milk, such as a cappuccino or a flat white. The Ibis Redibis is a particularly full-bodied and full-flavoured espresso - it's worth trying it!
