A quality espresso with complex character
With the Espresso Mexico, the Passalacqua roastery delights even the most demanding coffee lover. For more than 70 years, Passalacqua has been roasting coffee in Naples, where espresso is already part of the culture. The result is impressive: fine coffee blends consisting of beans coming from six different Mexican growing areas. The blend has a harmonious taste and has little acidity. This is taken from the coffee by the dark roast. In addition, the blend has a full body and low to medium caffeine content.
Careful roasting in the classic Italian style
The coffee beans spend a lot of time in the roasting drum at Passalacqua, because only a gentle and slow roasting brings out the unique flavor of the noble coffee beans. During the roasting process, the cuticle of the coffee beans is removed, so they have more flavor and more aroma.
The Passalacqua Mexico: Suitable for different forms of preparation
Carefully selected Arabica beans give this coffee a full-bodied, harmonious and velvety taste and a fine and long-lasting aroma. Notes of caramel, hazelnut and chocolate delight with an unexpected sweetness. Thanks to its low level of acidity, it is also very delicious. The Passalacqua Mexico is pure as an espresso a wonderful coffee enjoyment, but also comes in conjunction with milk, whether in the latte, cappuccino or latte macchiato excellent.
