Strong taste from Verona

The Pellini Aroma Oro consists of 90 % Arabica beans and 10 % Robusta beans. The espresso roast is dark and with a strong aroma. This special blend impresses with its wonderfully dense and fine-pored crema. This results from the high proportion of coffee oil in the Robusta bean used. Aroma Oro is characterized by its chocolaty note. It is pleasantly full-bodied in taste and a pleasure for every frahling lover. The mixture is particularly suitable for espresso and due to its great cream formation also for cappuccino and latte macchiato.

Roasted by hand in the rotary drum

In the Italian roastery Pellini from the province of Verona, the roasting was treated gently and varietal by hand in the rotary drum. So all the flavors can develop intensively and amount of bitter substances is very low, creating a great blend of pleasure and taste.
