Floral and fruity enjoyment
As the name suggests, Pellini's 100 % Arabica Bio is made from 100% Arabica beans from Central and South America. The countries of origin of the Arabica beans used include Costa Rica, Guatemala, Colombia and Peru. The espresso is very soft and full-bodied. The taste of the Pellini Bio Arabica 100 % is characterised by its noble fruity-floral and nutty nuances. In addition, the espresso offers a great and fine crema. For optimal preparation, we recommend the portafilter machine or an espresso maker.
Coffee enjoyment with EU-BIO labelling
Coffee bearing the EU Organic logo meets all the specified requirements of the EU Organic Regulation. Coffee can only be labelled "organic" or "ecological" if it has been produced according to the rules of organic production. The rules of organic coffee production include, for example, near-natural coffee cultivation in mixed cultures to preserve biodiversity and the fertility of the soil. In addition, harvesting must take place mainly by hand and both mineral nitrogen fertilisers and synthetic chemical pesticides as well as genetic engineering are prohibited. Whether these requirements are actually met is checked annually by an independent inspection body.
Gentle and hand-roasted
The selected beans were gently roasted by hand in a rotary drum. This roasting process removes the bitter substances from the beans and makes the coffee particularly harmonious. The aromas can thus develop perfectly and remain intense.
