The Decaffeinated of Pellini is a blend of 100 % Arabica beans from Central and South America. It is the decaffeinated version of the popular Pellini Top 100 % Arabica and is also an enjoyment. The coffee is CO2 decaffeinated and due to this process it is mild and very harmonious. It has a medium degree of roasting and was roasted slowly and gently by hand in a rotary drum. This allows aromas to develop ideally and remain intense. Taste-wise, the blend is noble and floral, with sweetish notes providing pleasant aromas.

Decaffeinated experience

The beans of the Pellini Decaffeinato are ideally suited for use in a fully automatic coffee machine or a portafilter. With this great espresso you have found a product that you can enjoy even at a later hour without hesitation. You can also omit milk and sugar, as the Decaffeinato has low acidity levels. This creation from the house of Pellini makes the dream of a decaffeinated and all-around coherent coffee come true.

CO2 process decaffeinates the coffee without chemicals

The process of CO2 decaffeination is particularly gentle. Without the use of chemicals, the beans are decaffeinated with the help of steam and pressure. As a result, the flavor and aroma are retained.
