Pellini's Vivace No. 82 consists of 60% Arabica beans and 40% Robusta beans. It is Pellini's answer to the cancellation of the popular Classico and at the same time represents a full-flavoured alternative that leaves nothing to be desired. The aroma is nutty and spicy and the coffee tastes full-bodied and well-balanced. The crema provides a velvety texture. The gently roasted beans guarantee a pleasantly mild and harmonious, yet intense experience. Each espresso combines both the history and the tradition and expertise of Pellini. Degree of roast: medium.
Roasted by hand in the rotary drum
The carefully selected beans of Pellini Vivace No. 82 were roasted very slowly and by hand. The bean has very few bitter substances and the aromas can develop freely. The roasting process takes a long time and ensures a finely roasted coffee. At Pellini, the coffee beans are roasted single-origin and only after a resting period of three days is the blend composed. Due to this process, a too strongly burnt top is avoided. The coffee's intense and strong taste makes it ideal for a variety of milk specialities as well as in the form of an espresso and ensures a special Italian taste experience.

Qualität und Preis in Harmonie
Ich habe diesen Kaffee zum ersten Mal bei einer Freundin getrunken und nun will ich nichts anderes mehr. In einer Kaffeerösterei hier vor Ort gibt es auch einen sehr guten Kaffee/Espresso - hier ist der Preis leider doppelt so hoch - . Geschmacklich kommt er der Pellini Bohne absolut gleich. Von daher eine sehr empfehlenswerte Entscheidung! Lassen Sie es ich schmecken!
