Rösttrommel sees it the same way and has created a high-quality cold brew from Peru with the Organic Cold Brew Rony Lavan. The Arabica beans were organically grown in Peru. Why the name? Rony Lavan is a coffee producer in Peru and President of the Lima Coffee Cooperative. This consists of 400 smallholders from the region of Jaen, Cajamarca.
