The Espresso Mondiale from the Rösttrommel coffee roastery has a mixing ratio of 50 % Arabica coffee beans and 50 % Robusta coffee beans. The high quality of the coffee beans is the top priority for the roasting company. Therefore, the roastery works with the farmers on a long-term basis and ensures that they work together responsibly. Rösttrommel roasted the fine beans by hand in their roastery in Nuremberg.
