Modern signature espresso from the Rösttrommel roastery
The roasting drum espresso is the signature espresso of the coffee roastery from Nuremberg. It is a modern interpretation of the espresso. It consists of 100 % single-origin coffee from Honduras. Since 2012, the Rösttrommel roasting company has been working with the Mierisch family, who have been running coffee farms in Nicaragua and Honduras for generations. The family is one of the most renowned coffee producers and has already received awards for this.
Honduran espresso with notes of pear
The Red Catuai Arabica bean is grown in Honduras at an altitude of around 1,600 - 1,700 m. The taste of the roasting drum espresso is a modern pleasure. Aromas of cocoa and maple syrup are swarmed by the tangy fruity notes of a pear. The 250 g espresso beans are well suited for preparation with the espresso maker, portafilter and fully automatic machines.
