Arabica beans grow in nutrient-rich region in India
The Harley Estate from the Nuremberg coffee roasting company Rösttrommel is an intense espresso. It consists of 100 % Arabica coffee beans. These are grown at around 1000 meters on the Harley Estate in the Sakeshpur region of Karnataka (India). In addition to coffee, pepper, cocoa and cardamom, among other things, grow. The region is very popular for cultivation as it is quite nutrient rich and has natural water sources. So there are perfect conditions for growing coffee!
Espresso with fine almond notes
The Arabica beans for the Harley Estate India espresso are washed and prepared. They are then dried on tiled terraces. The beans are allowed to rest for 30 days before they are peeled and shipped to the Rösttrommel roastery in Nuremberg. The espresso tastes wonderful of almonds, nougat and cocoa. The espresso is suitable for preparation in the espresso maker, portafilter and fully automatic machines.
