The Kaiserburg roasting is a classic filter coffee blend from the Rösttrommel roastery. The filter coffee consists of 100 % Arabica beans. The beans are grown in Brazil by Ismael Andrade from the Capim Branco farm. Rösttrommel has been working with Ismael since 2019. The Andrade family won first place in the Cup of Excellence competition in 2018 and grows very high quality coffees.
Sweet notes and classic flavor profile
The Kaiserburg is the landmark of Nuremberg - the city where the coffee roasting company Rösttrommel is based. The filter coffee has a harmonious taste profile. Notes of vanilla and caramel harmonize with milk chocolate. The filter coffee can be prepared in the filter coffee machine, AeroPress, Chemex, Stepelkanne or other filter methods.
