Filter coffee with decaffeinated Arabica coffee beans
The Eleane Mierisch Los Placeres Nicaragua filter coffee roast from the Nuremberg roastery Rösttrommel consists of 100 % decaffeinated Arabica beans. The roastery has been working with the Mierisch family of farmers since 2012. This grows the Arabica beans on the Finca Los Placeres. These are the varieties Caturra, Javanica and Red Catuai.
Carefully roasted using the CO2 process
The coffee beans were gently decaffeinated by using the CO2 process. This is how the coffee gets all its aromas and high quality. The coffee roasting drum has gently roasted the filter coffee. Notes of cream harmonize with milk chocolate and black currants.
