Precise grinding process
The Dose Control from Sage is suitable for grinding espresso beans as well as beans for filter coffee. The stainless steel conical grinder has 60 levels of grinding degree adjustment and thus offers a high degree of precision when choosing the right grain size. The degree of grinding is adjusted using the large rotary wheel below the bean container. Thanks to the conical arrangement of the grinder, there is less frictional heat during the grinding process, which has a positive effect on preserving the valuable aromas in the beans.
Electronic timer
The grinder has an electronic timer, which allows the grinding process to be adjusted precisely. This leads to an optimal and reproducible dosing of the ground material. The grinder comes with attachments for the portafilter suspension, so that portafilters with a diameter between 50 and 58 mm can be used. Alternatively, the grinder can also be used without the attachment, for example to grind directly into a filter holder.
