Automated preparation
The Oracle™ Touch is Sage's flagship portafilter machine. The combination of grinder and portafilter in one device enables the entire espresso preparation to be automated. It takes 3 simple steps to prepare perfect cappuccino with strength, milk texture and temperature adjusted to personal needs. Up to 8 personalized recipes can be stored on the Oracle™ Touch.
Triple heating system
Intuitive operation via the touch display with beautiful illustrations offers a large selection of coffee specialties. The preparation is automated and adapted to the selected favorite recipes. The triple heating system of the dual boiler portafilter machine offers very precise temperature stability, which can be fine-tuned using PID control. The degree of grinding of the stainless steel conical grinder can be adjusted.
Pre-Infusion
The Oracle™ Touch brews the coffee using a pre-infusion to extract even more aromas. The shot timer shows the processing time on the large touch display. The automatic milk frothing is also particularly interesting, with which individual adjustments can be made from the desired texturing to the milk temperature.

Wunderbare Maschine. Ich hatte bisher verschiedene Kaffeevollautomaten und kaufe immer hochwertige Espressobohnen. Jedoch hat es mich bei den Vollautomaten immer gestört dass man wenig Einstellmöglichkeiten beim Zubereiten des gewünschten Getränks gibt. Deshalb blieb das Ergebnis immer weit hinter den Möglichkeiten zurück. Mit dieser Maschine ist das anders, man kann viel einstellen und hat doch noch viele Arbeitsschritte automatisiert. Ausserdem ist sie viel hygienischer da alles ausserhalb des Gerätes passiert. Wer schon mal die Brüheinheit oder den Tropfbehälter eines Vollautomaten gereinigt hat, weiss wovon ich rede. Die Maschine hat zwar ihren Preis, der ist es aber auch wert.
