A true offensive: The Salimbene Deleziosa with a share of 50% Robustas. The unusual blend is made up of strong Robusta beans from Brazil, Ethiopia, India and Uganda. Added to this are high-quality Arabica beans from South America. The bean ratio is balanced at 50% / 50%, but the high Robusta content is noticeable in the caffeine content, as well as in the strength of the coffee.
Thanks to the bean ratio, this special blend has a deliciously dense crema with a hazelnut-brown colour that makes espresso lovers' mouths water. Despite the high Robusta content, the character is by no means aggressive, but velvety and sweet. The subtle body in combination with a slight fruity note is predestined for pure enjoyment as an espresso or as Caffè Creme. But also with milk, the Deleziosa is an exquisitely creamy delight for the palate.
