Heat-insulating properties
With the Cezves from the Turkish quality manufacturer Soy from Istanbul, fine mocha can be enjoyed in its full aroma spectrum. The small coffee pots, made of 1.5 mm thick copper, are handmade. The handle, made of a special bronze alloy, has heat-insulating properties so that it does not get too hot during brewing.
