The Fazenda do Sertao from Supremo consists of 100% Arabica beans. These noble beans are grown at an altitude of 1,450 m in Brazil, in the Carmo de Minas region, by Nazareth Dias Pereira. It is the Yellow Bourbon variety. The coffee beans are processed naturally. The degree of roasting is light and fine.
Filter coffee with a great rating from the Specialty Coffee Association
The mixture is very fine and of high quality. The SCA, i.e. the Specialty Coffee Association, also sees it this way and has given the Fazenda do Sertao a very good rating of 93.25 out of a possible 100 points. The aroma is a perfect balance between fruitiness and sweetness. Notes of orange and pineapple harmonize with notes of caramel and cocoa. The nuance of raisins also gives great aromas for the overall very harmonious taste. The coffee is perfect for preparation with filter methods and filter coffee machines!
