Family-run coffee farm
The beans of the Yellow Catuai variety for the Brasil Capim Branco come from the Finca Capim Branco, operated by the farmer Ismael José de Andrade. Run by the family since 1900, the goal is to produce high-quality coffee in the Carmo do Paranaìba region. One of the oldest farms in the region and famous for its coffee specialties, it covers 300 hectares and 1,500,000 trees.

The coffee cherries are selected according to special selection criteria and dried naturally. The farm's award-winning beans are of excellent quality and appreciated worldwide. The Brasil Capim Branco is certified by the Brasil Specialty Coffee Association (BSCA). In terms of taste, the medium roast is full-bodied and creamy with notes of honey and milk chocolate.
