In addition, the Brewista Artisan gooseneck kettle offers several features and adjustment options that make it a flexible workhorse for everyday workflow. With an extra button, the kettle starts powerfully heating water to boiling point - just like a normal kettle. Lower temperatures from 40 degrees Celsius can also be set. This is extremely useful for some household purposes. If the keep-warm function is activated, the Brewista Artisan keeps the water temperature at the set value until the kettle is removed from the base - for up to one hour. The Artisan kettle signals via beeps when the desired temperature is reached. If desired, these beeps can of course also be switched off.
