Soft and velvety espresso
For the Costa Del Sol, the experienced roasters at Caffè Roen use a blend of 60% Arabica beans from Asia and Latin America and 40% carefully selected Kaapi Royale Robusta beans from India. The result is a soft and velvety espresso, creamy, full-bodied and yet delicate with intense aromatic notes of vanilla, baked goods and cereals.
High proportion of Robusta
The Costa Del Sol espresso develops an impressive crema during preparation in the portafilter thanks to the high proportion of Robusta beans. This proportion also has an effect on the creamy body, which makes the Costa Del Sol a good base for coffee specialties with milk. The taste of this espresso is slightly fruity with hints of chocolate and a velvety mouthfeel.
