Preparation step by step:
The various illy Iperespresso capsules work with illy's Iperespresso capsule machines of the same name and have been specially developed for this system. The Iperespresso capsules are currently not compatible for other machines. The Iperespresso system guarantees impeccable espresso preparation. The capsule machines are easy to use, all you have to do is insert the capsule into the capsule holder and close the locking lever. After a few moments, the perfect illy espresso flows into the cup. Iperespresso is therefore ideal for the perfect espresso at home.

General
Iperespresso is a single-serve capsule system for the preparation of espresso and espresso-based drinks. It was developed and patented by illy Caffè. Iperespresso capsules are only compatible with special espresso machines. These are manufactured by "FrancisFrancis", a subsidiary of illy, Gaggia and Cuisinart. The Iperesespresso capsules are exclusively produced by illy.

The Italian "iper" means "over" in German. The "over espresso" succeeds at the touch of a button thanks to the Iperespresso system.
Step 3:
Select the Iperespresso capsule. Insert the capsule and clamp the support element or press down the locking lever. The capsule should be easy to insert. If that is not the case, remove the capsule and reinsert it.
Step 4:
After pressing the start button, the machine prepares the espresso or lungo. Your espresso or lungo is ready. For a speciality coffee with milk, some Iperespresso machines also have a milk nozzle for frothing the milk.
Step 5:
After turning off the machine, the capsule compartment should be emptied and cleaned.
