The Ethiopia Werka from Elbgold is a mixture of different, original Ethiopian varieties that are grouped under "Heirloom" in Ethiopia. The coffee cherries were peeled and then only treated with water. They are then dried on African Beds for 12 days.
Fresh notes for a great, exciting aroma
The coffee is very juicy and has fresh aromas. Notes of black tea, lemongrass and jasmine harmonize with a great, extraordinary taste. Traded fairly, the Ethiopia Werka is a pleasure with a clear conscience.
