Preparation with precision
The elegant gooseneck of the Stagg EKG Kettle puts you in control of a precise, slow and even flow of water. The brewing of coffee is thus more even in a classic paper filter or a Chemex. The weighted plastic handle provides a good balance in the hand and greater stability when pouring. The cooker is made of high quality 304 18/8 stainless steel. Accordingly, not surprisingly, the Stagg ECG received the Red Dot Design Award, one of the world's most renowned evaluation methods for outstanding design and innovation.
Full power
The minimalist base on which the kettle (kettle) stands to draw its power regulates the temperature you want within a very short time. All you have to do is set the button on the base. Long waiting times until the water has reached the required temperature are eliminated thanks to the 1200 watts that provide full power. The PID controller adjusts the temperature and thanks to the hold mode, it can be maintained for up to 60 minutes. After 15 minutes in stand-by mode, the kettle switches off automatically. It doesn't matter whether you prefer the display in Fahrenheit or Celsius - the setting can be easily adjusted. The premium brand Fellow has thus managed to perfect the pour-over process and take it to a whole new level.
