BUY FILTER COFFEE AT AROMATICO

From buying the right filter coffee, to the right water, to the optimal grind, to the brewing temperature, you have control over how your cup tastes in the end. We give you tips from the purchase to the brewing process, so that your next filter coffee tastes (even) better.

FILTER COFFEE WHOLE BEAN: COFFEE BEANS LIGHTLY ROASTED

Coffee beans all come from the coffee plant, so what's the difference between filter coffee beans and espresso beans? The roasting makes the difference. Because filter coffee whole beans has a lighter roast than espresso beans. The lighter roast gives filter coffee beans a lighter intensity and usually a fruitier flavor. The method of preparation also allows for a more complex flavor.

BUYING FILTER COFFEE AND PREPARING IT PROPERLY

Let's say that no other way of preparing coffee is as complex as that of a freshly brewed filter coffee. From buying the best filter coffee beans to pouring the hot water on the ground coffee, there are some tips and tricks you should follow to end up presenting the best filter coffee.

The first thing to do is to choose the right filter coffee beans. Whether it's Arabica beans, Robusta beans or a blend of both, the choice of beans is a criterion for the taste in the filter coffee cup. Next, we recommend buying filter coffee whole bean so you can grind your filter coffee coffee beans fresh before each brew. This way, the filter coffee beans retain their flavors and provide an intense taste experience every time you brew them. The grind of the filter coffee should also be matched to the respective filter coffee maker in order to extract the maximum flavor from the coffee. A fine to medium grind should be used for an Aeropress. For the hand filter, a Chemex and the classic filter coffee maker, you should set a medium coarse grind and for the French Press rather use a medium to coarse grind. Another criterion that you should consider when brewing a filter coffee is the correct water temperature. This should be between 90-96 °C. If the coffee is brewed too hot, bitter notes can occur strongly, if the filter coffee is brewed too cold, the coffee tastes strongly sour. Finally, you should also pay attention to the brewing time of the filter coffee preparation. Here, a time of 4 minutes is suggested for most types of preparation. Except for the Aeropress, here a time of 1-2 minutes is also sufficient.

We offer a wide range of filter coffee whole bean. With renowned roasting companies such as Elbgold, Alpscoffee or Vee Coffee promise a tasty coffee enjoyment with their different filter coffee varieties.
