Hand-roasted Arabica and Robusta beans
The espresso no. 5 from the FIRSTCRACK Roastery consists of 50% Arabica beans and 50% Robusta beans. These are the varieties S795, SLN274 and Old Paradenia. The beans were washed and processed anarobic natural. They were then roasted by hand to a medium roast.
