Description
This espresso is made up of 12 different Hochland Arabica coffee beans from different origins. Each variety was roasted individually in order to develop the flavor characteristics of its provenance individually. A particularly elegant and balanced mixture that is strong and fresh at the same time. This espresso has a full body with a simultaneous velvety and an intense aroma with hints of cocoa, biscuits and dried fruits. The long-lasting aftertaste is pleasantly aromatic with chocolate, caramel, but also sweet, fruity nuances. It was the first espresso to receive the “Espresso Italiano Certificato” award from the INEI (Istituto Nazionale Espresso Italiano).
