Hand-picked beans

The Barista Bio Espresso consists of 100% fine Indian highland robustas. The variety is the canephora bean, which is organically grown and picked by hand. Light aromas of dark chocolate give this espresso a pleasant sweetness. Typically for a Robusta, the result in the cup shows a strong body, which is accompanied by an earthy, full-bodied character.

Traditional drum roasting process

The hand-picked beans are refined by Kaffee Braun in the traditional drum roasting process and can therefore optimally develop their flavor notes. Prepared with the mocha pot, the portafilter or the fully automatic machine, the beans can be enjoyed wonderfully as a classic espresso or as a café crema.
