The Espresso Crema e Gusto Tradizione Italiana is a strong Italian bean blend, which is composed of 70 % Robusta beans and 30 % Arabica beans. The result in the cup is an intense and, above all, strong espresso with a long-lasting crema, for which the Robusta beans are particularly responsible. Lavazza sources the coffee beans for Crema Gusto e Tradizione Italiana from the countries of origin South America, Asia and Africa and has given the espresso a 9 out of 10 on the intensity scale. For the degree of roast, Lavazza chose a medium one, as the bean blend has a very strong and intense appearance anyway.
