Der Caffè Crema von Mille Soli besteht aus hochwertigen Arabica und Robusta Bohnen. Diese wurden in einem besonderen Verfahren im gasbefeuerten Trommelröster dreifach geröstet. Jede Bohnensorte wird separat geröstet und erst dann in einem speziellen Verhältnis gemischt.
